Michael Tanner: [00:00:15] What is going on Everybody, Welcome into another edition of the Daily Energy News Beat Stand up here on this gorgeous Monday, June 26, 2023. As always, I’m your humble correspondent, Michael Tanner, coming to you from an undisclosed location here in Dallas, Texas, joined by the Executive Producer of the show, the purveyor of the show and the Director and Publisher of the world’s greatest website, EnergyNewsBeat.com, Stuart Turley, my man, how are we doing this weekend? [00:00:40][25.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:00:41] It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood and we got us a show! [00:00:44][3.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:00:45] Yeah, you’ve had a crazy week you’re back from Rostov After brokering the deal between the Wagner group and traveling up. I only partly kid, but we are going to I mean, that’s going to we’re going to spend the bulk of the show talking about that. We have an absolutely wild lineup for you as I mentioned. [00:01:03][17.8]

Michael Tanner: [00:01:04] First article will cover, Wagner’s Insurrection ends with an uncertain agreement, and as always Stu would like to add ENB and covered Russia Ukraine two years ago you can see that on our YouTube channel. [00:01:16][12.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:01:17] Next up, though, This might be Biden’s admins most ludicrous idea yet this is a substack courtesy of David Blackmon, who’s part of the Sandstone family of podcast he hosts the Energy Question go check that out Spotify or Apple Podcasts. [00:01:32][15.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:01:32] Next up, Contrary to Popular belief, There is no statutory requirement for UK coal power stations to close next year. Next up on the menu, This warning could mean big trouble ahead for oil stocks by 2030 or not. What do you think? This is a great overview from the IEA so you already know I’m skeptical of what they say. [00:01:51][18.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:01:51] Next up, Europe’s risky plan to avert a winter Energy Crisis stash gas in Ukraine we always end up back in Ukraine, So Stu will cover what’s going on there. He’ll kick it over to me I’ll cover mainly what the impact of this Russian bailout might happen on oil prices as you listen to this on Monday, it could be a lot, it could be nothing. [00:02:13][22.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:02:14] And that’s really it. It’s been a little bit quiet on the oil and gas news front now we did see a few mandates last week so what kind of get Stu`s thoughts on what he decides coming up and then we’ll let’s get out of here start your week before we do that, guys. Remember all the articles you are about to hear are courtesy of the world’s greatest website www.EnergyNewsBeat.com the best place for all of your energy news. [00:02:33][19.3]

Michael Tanner: [00:02:34] Stuart does a great job of curating that website making sure it’s up to speed with all of the different news on the energy front it’s been the best place to hear and read the fallout for all this Russian invasion from Ukraine. Now to the insurrection that we’re about to cover with the Wagner Group, which is just fresh off of that, he’ll be able to give us an insight about what’s going on but it’s the best place. [00:02:54][20.3]

Michael Tanner: [00:02:55] Again, guys, for all your Energy News, hit us up Dashboard.EnergyNewsBeat.com its our data news combo. I’m definitely going behind a paywall soon, so stand by, guys there’s some there’s some changes come in here. Hit us up Questions@EnergyNewsBeat.com Alright Stu we’re going to start with Russia take us walk us through it’s been a pretty crazy 48 hours. [00:03:17][21.9]

Stuart Turley: [00:03:17] It is and you’ve heard either wag the dog or false flag right? We’ll get back to that, We will circle back around on this. The title of the first article is Wagner’s Insurrection Ends with an Uncertain agreement ENB covered this two years ago. [00:03:37][19.1]

Stuart Turley: [00:03:37] One of the cool things is I covered this with George Friedman, Dr. George Friedman, he is the founder of Geopolitical GPS and he is an animal. He’s been a geopolitical guru for years let’s take what he just put out on their Web site and I’ve got the link to their site go follow them they’re good people. [00:04:05][27.7]

Stuart Turley: [00:04:06] I love the way they phrase this, Michael they said the number one place that’s taking in this war is within the Russian government itself. Reports over the last several months paint a picture of tension in the Kremlin between the military, private mercenaries and oligarchs even most of the differences were kept out of the public eye. [00:04:28][22.5]

Stuart Turley: [00:04:30] We don’t see half of what’s going on because of our media until this happened and then CNN and everybody else had to cover this because they didn’t want Biden story coming up on Hunter with him tweeting on that. [00:04:46][15.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:04:46] Okay, we get it we get what happened in Russia? So there’s this… [00:04:49][3.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:04:50] Just bear with me here, Wagner took control of Ross, turned on Ross, Ross, Von, Don Ross to Don Armored vehicles. He was in the Ukraine border area, he has about 23,000 troops and he has been a trusted ally of Putin and he’s kind of like his right hand thug. I mean, if you want to take, you know, my imitation of Putin is always almost a cross between Putin and The Sopranos. [00:05:23][32.5]

Stuart Turley: [00:05:24] Well, this guy is notching up The Sopranos. Okay. When you sit back and you take a look at the Wagner group they learn everything I mean, we’re Sopranos, learn everything from these guys. Okay. They got bodies everywhere. And yeah, their people are from Africa. [00:05:40][16.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:05:41] That’s crazy. [00:05:41][0.1]

Stuart Turley: [00:05:42] Yes. The Kremlin’s response was quick, first, aright-hand tried to deplete the ranks of the Wagner fighters the Defense ministry also announced it was aiding the Wagner fighters who asked for safe return. Right now, at the end of this, there was negotiations between Wagner himself as well as Putin he is now being exiled to Belarus. What is Belarus, Michael? [00:06:10][27.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:06:11] A Russian puppet state? [00:06:11][0.9]

Stuart Turley: [00:06:12] Exactly. Okay, gang, you sit back and kind of go, wait a minute, I’m being exiled, okay? This has got to be either a false flag or a wag the tail but more the Russian word for it is. [00:06:29][17.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:06:31] Do you think this is a conspiracy? You think this whole. You think this whole. You think. [00:06:35][4.1]

Stuart Turley: [00:06:36] I got. [00:06:36][0.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:06:36] An interesting. That’s your take? [00:06:38][1.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:06:39] Yeah. A Massacre Verona and the Russian term Massacre Verona it literally means masking an early military meaning was camouflage soon extended to battlefield masking, using smoke and other methods of screening. Some of my Russian contacts in the media were letting us know that this is what they think it is. So. [00:07:08][29.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:07:09] Intresting. [00:07:09][0.0]

Stuart Turley: [00:07:10] Here’s the big point of this if Putin may have been trying to drag out who’s on his side and who’s not on his side, who’s the number one ally he’s had as a thug in that he is the Wagner group, why would the Wagner group suddenly make this run 200 kilometers north, waving point, waving their flag, and everybody was like, here is the Wagner group. I mean, it was more like a pope driving around with a I mean, this has got all the earmarks. [00:07:45][34.4]

Michael Tanner: [00:07:46] Interesting. So so this guy, so basically you, Danny Porush Wagner Chief. Interesting, because it is fascinating that he’s not a military guy by his pedigree. He used to serve Putin food and then all of a sudden he just is in control of one of the largest private rights in the world. Why is this guy going to double cross Putin? [00:08:10][24.7]

Stuart Turley: [00:08:11] And he’s the number five guy in the Russian area, Russian political as being the top five political people. [00:08:21][10.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:08:22] Oh, I see. So. So interesting. You think this was set up and it’s well, only time will tell. But he definitely. So what is CNN? CNN is in and everyone in the corporate media, well, they’re telling us that he attempted to march into Moscow and got stopped by Russia. [00:08:40][18.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:08:41] Yeah, they’re not they don’t have the facts accurate and I’ve kind of enjoyed what I’ve been forced to watch CNN as my where I’m sitting for the last few days. But in two years ago, I’ve interviewed I’ve included the link to one of the articles. [00:08:57][16.5]

Stuart Turley: [00:08:58] Two years ago, we talked about how important and Putin’s thought process on Ukraine was Dr. Friedman also said that Putin is a bad dude. Putin also is a good Russian leader and puts Russia first in order to do what a good Russian leader would do he would take back Ukraine. We talked about that two years ago and how he was going to do it. [00:09:27][29.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:09:28] No, you and George Friedman were ahead of the game here you go to Energy News Beat YouTube it’s the pinned video there it’s our probably our most watched video. [00:09:36][7.6]

Stuart Turley: [00:09:37] We’ve had for 4000, I think on our on ours to over 30,000 now on theirs and. [00:09:44][7.1]

Michael Tanner: [00:09:45] It’s Pretty Crazy that was back when I was still editing the podcast so it looks horrible, but that was because it was me. So you can thank you if you go back, Andy, for doing a much better job on this podcast. We do now, we love you, Andy we appreciate it. All right so you think this was a whole charade? Interesting. I love the take what else happened? It was also a busy weekend. What’s next? [00:10:08][22.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:10:08] Well. There’s also more to this story and some of the conspiracy theory this is not me. Okay. Some of the conspiracy. [00:10:17][8.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:10:18] Well take this conspiracy theory. [00:10:19][0.9]

Stuart Turley: [00:10:20] It’s not some random guy on substack I have no doubt. [00:10:24][4.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:10:25] Its just you! who is the definition of a random guy on substack [00:10:27][2.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:10:29] Right. The the key thing is, why would the Biden administration’s Department of Defense, suddenly the weekend they announce that they’re missing $6.3 billion that went on? They have no idea. [00:10:48][19.4]

Michael Tanner: [00:10:49] Oh, no, it’s not that. It’s it they were using they were using it. There’s different ways and I’m not an accountant, but the way it was described to me is when you when you do inventory because you’ve spent the money, but you haven’t actually you haven’t applied that inventory to anything. [00:11:06][17.5]

Stuart Turley: [00:11:07] Right. [00:11:07][0.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:11:08] There’s a difference of how do you value that inventory, was it fair market value, a.k.a.? or was it cost of goods, which was the original purchase price. And I guess they weren’t doing the they were going against the opposite of what the standard was at the time. And when you move it to the other standard you value, you basically sent them $6.2 billion more, which is insane. Insane! You could have done that my way. [00:11:33][25.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:11:34] Oh, absolutely what’s a few billion between friends,. [00:11:36][2.1]

Michael Tanner: [00:11:36] As we’ve always said it? Let me say what’s next. [00:11:40][3.9]

Stuart Turley: [00:11:41] I think there’s more to the story and I’m not saying that’s it I’m just saying that’s what’s out there. Okay. This next one is from David Blackmon. I mean, I love David Blackmon he is one of the coolest guys on the planet. This might be Biden’s most ludicrous idea yet David Blackmon No aspect for the vaulted energy transition screams out the word fantasy so starkly as projections that the U.S. will have to install 47,000 miles of new high capacity transmission lines by 2035. Michael, What’s the odds of that happening? [00:12:20][39.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:12:21] Oh, Zero-oo! [00:12:21][0.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:12:24] What’s the odds of all that money going into some politicians pocket? [00:12:28][3.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:12:30] I can foresee some great stock trades based upon I you see a lot of billionaires getting made off busy Congress. [00:12:37][7.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:12:38] And as part of the assessment published in early March, the D.O.E. stated that much of the new transmission will will be required assuming moderate load and expansion of green energy on in line with future power sector. [00:12:55][16.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:12:56] Okay. Hogwash on their assessment anytime you add renewable, you got to add 180 times. You know it just as soon as you plug it into the grid it this is like it’s called the Trans West. Michael The Trans West transmission. And it’s not a typo it’s going to take four additional years until 2027 to build out the first. [00:13:21][25.3]

Michael Tanner: [00:13:23] But that’s after taking 18 years in the federal permitting process so you’re saying 21 years or 22 years? It’s insane. [00:13:33][10.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:13:35] And the picture one of the pictures that were out there is they’re all it’s a momentous milestone. Is it a momentous albatross around your neck? I mean, they don’t know the difference between a milestone and an albatross. [00:13:48][13.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:13:49] No, I mean, it’s it’s it’s pretty crazy. I mean, this is the unfortunate part. Yes, sure. Let’s go to renewables let’s do solar panels up everywhere let’s go kill the whales I’m down, remember I’m cool the whales, screw them I’m good. [00:14:04][14.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:14:05] You and I. [00:14:05][0.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:14:06] I’m with the wind people on killing the birds and whales. Okay, but what I’m saying is, where are you going to plug that energy into? That’s why I’m against wind and solar, I’m on their side when it comes to animal deaths. [00:14:18][12.0]

Stuart Turley: [00:14:19] My dad always taught me whenever you hunt anything, you eat what you kill. So I want to see all the dead whales being served, all the people that don’t believe in renewable energy and you should be forced to eat whale blubber every day of your life until you realize that whales are part of the key infrastructure of the well of life on this planet. [00:14:48][29.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:14:49] Having a whale tonight? Maybe we’re having a whale tonight alright. What’s next? [00:14:53][3.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:14:53] Let’s go to the next one dude, I know you like that one for our podcast listeners, Michael, abou. He’s blushing, he’s about to fall over anyway, I got Michael on that one. Contrary to Popular belief, there is no statutory requirements for UK coal power sanctions to close next year. [00:15:11][18.1]

Stuart Turley: [00:15:12] There’s been rumblings going around the U.K. that, you know, the green group over there has been saying that they’re shutting down all the coal. Well, I have now discovered that no such legislation has been brought before parliament, that U.K. does not, in fact, have mandatory closure dates for coal fired electricity generation they are in a world of hurt. [00:15:36][24.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:15:37] Here’s a quote as all UK coal generators have already been committed to phasing out their coal operations, it is not necessary to legislate to deliver on this commitment Department of Energy Security and Net zero the rules require compliance. [00:15:54][17.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:15:55] Here’s some more stuff in here, the lack of statutory closure means that the National Grid, their ieso, is free to create new contingency products. In other words, they realize they’re in a energy crisis and they’re having their government shut them down. They shut down the north, sea the reserves they got top natural gas reserves. [00:16:20][24.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:16:21] Idiotic. [00:16:21][0.0]

Stuart Turley: [00:16:22] Unbelievable, this is about some of the dumbest things I’ve seen in a long time. [00:16:25][3.8]

Michael Tanner: [00:16:26] Yeah. I mean, the problem is the UK is shooting themselves in the foot they’re turning off natural gas production in order to shift back into coal power. It’s it’s literally the dumbest thing you can do. [00:16:36][10.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:16:37] And they’re not drilling their own they’re relying on Norway’s pipeline under the channel in order part of the eight connectors to the Norway fields they’re relying on Norway. [00:16:51][13.8]

Michael Tanner: [00:16:52] The Ukrainian SEALs are coming after that one. [00:16:54][2.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:16:55] Yeah. You know, whoever did that, I’m not saying who did it whoever did it, as Tom Kirkman has said, whoever did it has not been punished. Why in the world would you want to leave your supply for natural gas and most of your energy at the bottom of the ocean, where it can be cut off at any given moment? And the UK has a lot of gas reserves. [00:17:21][26.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:17:22] And now we finally know what Ocean Gate was really doing. Oh. [00:17:27][5.5]

Stuart Turley: [00:17:28] Samak! Oh my God. [00:17:31][2.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:17:32] Sorry, we had to throw that in that. [00:17:33][1.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:17:34] You got me dude, I was not expecting that comment. [00:17:37][2.9]

Michael Tanner: [00:17:38] All right, What’s next? [00:17:39][0.7]

Stuart Turley: [00:17:40] Let’s go to my buddies over at the IEA ,This Warning could mean big trouble is ahead for the oil stocks by 2030 or not, What do you think? So let’s go through this. The International Energy Agency, the IEA or Club of Knuckleheads, as far as I can call them, recently published its medium term outlook on the oil markets. They’re saying again, Michael, are you ready for this one because of the renewable energy big oil and big oil investors need to really not invest anything past 2028. [00:18:16][36.1]

Michael Tanner: [00:18:18] There’s no need why? Well, you’re right. We’re right. [00:18:20][2.0]

Stuart Turley: [00:18:21] Oh, the peak is near, I said Peaker peak. No, it’s not peaking out. It is not going to stop here They’re going to say it will reach 105.7 million barrels per day fueling that growth will be rising demand from the petrochemical and aviation sectors, I disagree. The IEA wrote, Despite this cumulative increase, annual demand growth is expected to shrivel this is almost like. [00:18:50][28.9]

Michael Tanner: [00:18:51] Laughable. [00:18:51][0.0]

Stuart Turley: [00:18:51] Laughable, but it’s more like, oh, Seinfeld shrinkage when he was just got out of the pool. This is. [00:18:58][6.8]

Michael Tanner: [00:18:59] A shrinkage! [00:18:59][0.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:19:00] In to their shrinkage in the oil and gas space holy smokes. So let’s come down here to Faith Brill the shift to a clean energy economy is picking up pace with a peak in global demand insight before the end of this decade as electric vehicle, energy efficient and other technologies advanced. Oil producers need to pay careful attention to the gathering pace of change and calibrate their investment decisions to ensure an orderly transition. Michael, what we have right now. [00:19:32][31.9]

Michael Tanner: [00:19:32] Oh. Whoa. Do you understand what that quote means? Let’s break that down that’s second sense. Oil producers need to pay careful attention to the gathering pace and calibrate their investment decisions in order to ensure an orderly transition. Is that a threat? [00:19:50][17.6]

Stuart Turley: [00:19:51] Yes,. [00:19:51][0.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:19:51] Is that a threat? [00:19:52][0.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:19:52] Yes. [00:19:52][0.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:19:53] And so what happens if they don’t calibrate their investment decisions is it not going to be orderly? What are you going to come in and do? That’s spooky stuff, Stu. I read that quote. I shiver down my spine. [00:20:06][13.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:20:07] Who is in bed with the IEA? [00:20:10][2.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:20:11] Russia or I don’t know somebody is. [00:20:13][2.0]

Stuart Turley: [00:20:13] The U.N.. [00:20:14][0.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:20:14] You’re right. The E.U.. [00:20:15][0.6]

Stuart Turley: [00:20:15] The World Economic Forum. [00:20:16][1.1]

Michael Tanner: [00:20:17] Oh, yes. SCHWAB. [00:20:18][0.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:20:18] Okay. All of these the WHO The world. Okay. All of these bad dogs are skipping down the road you picked it up, dude, Not me! [00:20:27][9.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:20:28] No, it’s spooky. I read this and I freaked and I said, Wait, wait, wait a second so what you’re saying is, if we don’t do this, if we keep dumping money into oil, gas, it’s not going to be an orderly transition by whose account? Who died in let face brittle in charge? I. Who let me out? The IEA, What are they actually do? They just come up with bogus reports, I wish I could be as wrong as an IEA research panels. I wish I had a much lead. I was that wrong every day at my job, they fire me tomorrow. [00:20:58][29.6]

Stuart Turley: [00:20:58] Oh, no way they would. [00:20:59][1.1]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:00] They would. [00:21:00][0.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:21:01] They’d call me up and say, Why did I hire him away from me? [00:21:04][3.3]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:05] Cut me to the curb. It seems. [00:21:06][1.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:21:07] They would. [00:21:07][0.1]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:07] It. Spooky stuff. I don’t trust a thing the IEA says. [00:21:11][3.7]

Stuart Turley: [00:21:12] No, and especially when they’re in bed with the U.N., the U.N. needs to be thrown out of the United States but well leave that [00:21:17][5.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:18] Funny is they is is in this new report they see oil demand rising 6% through 2028. So, I mean, they they know it they know it’s not going down, but now they’re threatening us. [00:21:29][10.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:21:29] Oh, no, it’s even worse now, Michael, you and I talked about three years ago the more we go renewable, the more we’re going to use fossil fuels. [00:21:39][9.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:39] We’re on it. [00:21:39][0.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:21:41] It is a long time. [00:21:42][0.8]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:42] Spooky stuff, Stu. What’s next? [00:21:44][1.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:21:44] Oh, man and I am so proud of my young apprentice. Michael, you just did great I am so proud of you I did not even bring that one up. [00:21:53][9.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:21:54] No, I saw you sent me that work I started reading it I was like we were, we were getting threatened here, he’s threatening us. [00:22:02][8.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:22:03] Yeah. Even the dead whale goes. Michael, you might want to read this one. Okay. [00:22:06][3.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:22:09] Free Willy! [00:22:09][0.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:22:10] Free Willy. Free Willy. Yeah, he’s never mind. Okay. Europe’s risky business plan to avert a winter Energy Crisis. Michael, Stash gas in Ukraine what? Chowder heads this one up. Okay. In 60 miles from Ukraine’s border with the European Union, an array of pipes and pumps hints at what could become an important part of the bloc’s efforts to secure energy supplies and thwart that of Mayor Bloomberg. I doubt it. We’re not out of the woods. Let me see here,. [00:22:47][37.9]

Stuart Turley: [00:22:48] Minister Robert Habeck we’re not out of the woods, he said in the economic conference in eastern Germany on Monday the favorable situation mustn’t lead us to making the same mistake or forgetting what the threat is. Dude. McFly. [00:23:03][15.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:23:04] Hello? McFly. [00:23:04][0.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:23:05] McFly, you’re in a war zone why would you want to store natural gas that you’re paying for from the U.S. in LNG? They have 18 new import LNG facilities being built in the area why are they going to do that? I just I have to get tickled at this. [00:23:27][22.4]

Michael Tanner: [00:23:28] Well, they’re clearly not worried about the Ukrainian SEALs. [00:23:30][2.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:23:32] Oh, my goodness boy, we are on them seals like you wouldn’t believe. [00:23:35][3.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:23:37] I think it’s here’s the thing I think it’s stupid but it just at this point, does it surprise me. I would have been shocked if they didn’t do this. [00:23:44][7.1]

Stuart Turley: [00:23:45] Oh, I just thought it was one of the dumbest things even I wouldn’t do this and call it. This is so dumb that even an ocean graduate would smart enough to realize that this would not go over well. [00:23:57][12.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:23:58] Yeah, I mean, this person. [00:24:00][1.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:24:01] Putin has already been accused, they have found several terrorists with dispute with a plot to blow up the nuclear plant. Okay, That is already being talked about out there. We had Nord Stream one and two, we had three of the four pipelines destroyed why in the world would you even want to have pipelines in Ukraine that you’re storing? It’s just the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. [00:24:28][27.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:24:28] Well, I mean, you know, after you’re done brokering peace between Wagner Group in the Kremlin, you can get German policy, but you’ll get there, I’m sure, a wild weekend. You’re just totally not this crazy. [00:24:44][15.2]

Stuart Turley: [00:24:45] It is and you can’t buy this kind of entertainment and especially because I’m surprised that Hunter didn’t call up the Wagner Group and pay them just to get the news off of him. [00:24:56][11.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:24:57] You got it. You. You. You got it. It’s. You feel good. You feel good now? [00:25:02][4.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:25:02] That is not how it happened, believe me but it sure felt good to say. [00:25:06][3.9]

Michael Tanner: [00:25:06] It felt good to say it so. Alright Guys let’s shift over to finance we’ve got really some interesting news coming around the corner here. We were recording this about 245 here on Sunday. Mainly what we’re seeing is oil prices currently sitting at 69 16 markets looks set to open about 69 50. [00:25:26][20.5]

Michael Tanner: [00:25:27] Between all of this crazy Russian news I don’t know how much it’s going to actually impact oil prices I think that’s kind of that the smoke and mirrors, there’s all this crazy stuff going on in Russia what’s it going to do to oil prices? Probably not much. [00:25:40][13.0]

Michael Tanner: [00:25:41] You know, I do think there’s a bullish sentiment heading into next week specifically, but I don’t necessarily think it’s going to because it’s it’s this is really because of this Russia stuff on the natural gas side clearly with this heat wave coming through the Midwest, we’re seeing natural gas all the way up to $2.73. I would like to see that continue again through this week do I mean, it’s about to be 110 here in west in Texas Stu, it’s going to be horrible so mount up ERCOT better be on their game. [00:26:06][25.7]

Michael Tanner: [00:26:07] Let me tell you this. We did also see rig counts on Friday come in we dropped five rigs in the U.S., but we did gain ten in Canada and 18 internationally. So U.S. is slacking internationally. Keeping it real, huh? Alright Stu not much oil and gas news. What do you see coming up this week? You’ve predicted everything so far at some point, what do you what will what should we expect this week? [00:26:28][20.9]

Stuart Turley: [00:26:28] Is my crystal balls a little fuzzy right now and I’m still trying to decipher everything I’ve been working on on the Russia stuff. I think we’re about to see some China stuff and the China stuff is going to take advantage of this situation. [00:26:45][16.7]

Stuart Turley: [00:26:46] Quite honestly. I think we’re going to see some activity going on there, China’s Economy is in peril. Whenever you’re got a economy in peril, what do they do? They start a war. So there’s never been a better time to start a war with the United States than now since you’ve got a diaper down in the White House. [00:27:06][20.2]

Michael Tanner: [00:27:07] Well, you heard it here first, folks Stu is predicting we’re implementing a draft, they’re coming for you. [00:27:13][6.4]

Stuart Turley: [00:27:14] I volunteer. [00:27:14][0.6]

Michael Tanner: [00:27:15] I just kidding. I’m just kidding. I don’t think Stu’s getting drafted. I probably would unfortunately. [00:27:19][4.3]

Stuart Turley: [00:27:21] I don’t know that they would have a fibulator in an airplane. You know, when I start pulling ten GS, you know, the flight suits just would not have a leader. [00:27:30][9.3]

Michael Tanner: [00:27:31] See commando style stu dropping in on China I could see Stu. All right. Anything else, Stu before we let these guys go? [00:27:39][7.8]

Stuart Turley: [00:27:40] Naah! We’re going to have a great week. [00:27:41][1.0]
